One Note Update Instructions deleted my 2019 Office Pro Software!!!!

I followed Microsoft instructions to delete One Note 10 and get the new version without warning that (a) it would try to load 365 and (b) delete my office 2019 pro program in its entirety and cannot get it back - This is outrageous and unacceptable! I don't need or want 365!!
