So after i updated my pc from windows 10 to 11 a while back my cpu usage on task manager has seemingly locked on to 100% usage. Altough the usage shows 100% i haven't noticed any difference in performance while gaming or just under normal load, temps (fan speeds) you name it.I have tried to clean boot among other various solutions but the usage stays the same.I also have checked usage on 3. Party softwares (such as msi center and process explorer) but they all show 1-10% while idle.I have also done malware scans on various AV softwares.
