Upgrade to Windows 11

Hello, I want to upgrade my windows machine from Windows 10 to Windows 11 operating system. When I run the PC Health Check I got a popup message that this message does not satisfied for the minimum requirements. I'm using Dell Inspiron with Intel Core i5 processor.Can some one please help me with how can I upgrade my PC to windows 11 operating system?Thanks,Kalyan
