So I bought this laptop as used. It has had Windows 10 professional ever since it was bought for office use. Now it was completely bricked with another update. First it told me to restart it and when I pressed "remind me later" it started lagging and the audio got glitched and the mouse and keyboard turned partially unresponsive. I decided I would forcibly turn off the laptop and then let it start so it would skip the update but then it started to install it when I booted it back up and after it was done installing it said GRRRRRR in a glitchy manner and turned itself off.
