I am facing taskbar flickering issue since I bought the laptop. I tried every command on CMD I restart file explorer again and again from task manager but this all step doesn't fix the issue. I face this issue only on my home screen and when I open some browser or app and then I click on taskbar this issue doesn't appear but when I came on my desktop and then click on taskbar then this issue appear. I run hardware scan to check that my display internal component is good or not then it's come normal. And my all driver and window are up to date. What can I do to solve this problem permanently.
