Windows changing modified date of all files located in the same folder

Hello,Whenever I open a file, regardless of its type, Windows changes the modification date of all the files in the same folder. This issue also occurs if I only open a file without making any changes.Is this a common problem, and how can I fix it?Thank you in advance.With kind regards,Mika
