Unknown Trojan/Virus using the Recycle Bin. Can you Secure the Recycle Bin?

I ask, because The Recycle Bin Icon (on D: drive) is not there. It's in the subdirectory. It also has a bunch of other foldesr.Other problem is on my E: drive, I found Account Unknown S-1-5-21-3953798724-574443069-3144655018-1001 in Security Tab and it has the same name as a folder in drive D:\Recycle BinIt looks like some kind of hack, using linking.
