Cannot get delete PUA:Win32/Slimware and PUA:Win32/Presenoker

Hello everyone, I have been trying since yesterday to get rid of PUA:Win32/Slimware and PUA:Win32/Presenoker and nothing seem to be working Updates are all up to date, I only done a quick scan but it is usually enough to clear it after start action button is pressed but not this time around...Now i have no idea what to do.
