RDP and password change SNAFU

I learned my account was pwned recently, so I went to account.microsoft.com and changed my password. But now when I try to RDP into my Windows10 machine from another PC running Win11 on the LAN, like I used to do fine before, I cant connect using my new account password. Both machines are clouded and use the same microsoft account. How do I login to my Win10 box now?
