Pc flashing red lines on boot and then black screen

when I turn on my computer it flashes red lines. then when I try to boot it goes into a black screen and I can't do anything. This problem happens every time I disconnect the power cable from the computer (my computer randomly crashes into different colours while playing games and I'm forced to unplug the power cable.) sometimes when i boot it up it's fine but that rarely happens, can someone help?
