I am unable to log into my computer because i need a bitlocker recovery key. When i signed in to find it it says i don’t have one, which would make sense because until now i had never heard of it and never remember setting anything up. I have tried looking for resolutions by asking questions and looking at what other people have said and have found no resolution. The only option i have right now is to reset my computer, which is just outrageous, for something that isn’t my fault. So far microsoft have been absolutley terrible when it comes to helping and sorting my problem. Any help would be a
