Microsoft store not opening in windows 10 desktop, I also can't log in my account, how to fix?

It all started when Netflix needed me to update itself in the microsoft store. I tried opening microsoft store and nothing pops up or happens. I have UNSUCCESSFULY tried to uninstall and reinstall microsoft store. I tried to diagnose using windows settings and it needed me to log in my microsoft account and then it wouldn't let me log in so I'm stuck5
