Because Microsoft chooses to lock posts after 90 days, I am creating a new post to answer this question: Cannot drag a maximized window - Microsoft CommunityI have found that (likely due to mouse DPI hardware settings) different mice require different "minimum acceleration" requirements in order to distinguish between "move window to other monitor" and "snap window to side of monitor" features.I my case, and likely in the scenario linked above, moving the mouse faster to "throw the window" to the other monitor will solve your issue.For Microsoft, I imagine that different mice each have their o
