When im playing games on my laptop after around 10 or 20 minutes my fps drops to 10-5 and my cpu usage drops to %5-0

I use a V15-IIL Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 82C5 for around 2-3 years normally i had no problem with my device and it couldve run the games i played. Now it started to drop its fps to 10-5 after only 10 minutes of gameplay and its really annoying. It doesnt change from game to game. It does this in every game. I tried almost everything.
