Lost LAN connection, can't open "Network & Internet" settings and Firewall is disabled for unknown reasons

Windows version 22H2(OS build 19045.4780)Hello! Hope everyone is well. I'm having a problem with Windows and I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.My computer has no LAN connection, I tried clicking on "Network & Internet" settings but the loading screen appears (the one with a cog on a solid background) and then the window closes.
