Can't check ping connection from other device (windows 10)

Hi, i'm trying to check ping pc server connection from my laptop using Wi-Fi connection. the pc desktop using LAN connection. both device connection is good no trouble . when i try to check using prompt "ping (ip address pc desktop)", it's not working, it's showing "Reply from 192.168...: Destination host unreachable".what is the solution? thanks
