Long story short, my gaming laptop suddenly shut down while I was starting a game (it wasn’t overheating). When I turned it back on, the Nvidia RTX driver was grayed out in the Device Manager. I mistakenly uninstalled the grayed out Nvidia RTX GPU drivers, and since then, I’ve completely lost any trace of the Nvidia RTX GPU. It’s no longer detected, found, or mentioned anywhere. The only Display Adapter I see is the Intel(R) UHD Graphics adapter.I can’t install any Nvidia drivers because the installer says, 'No Nvidia GPU detected on your system.'
