Hello!I have recently been having trouble with the game application, Wizard101 freezing on me numerous times and I had to contact the game's customer support service. They asked me for dxdiag and msinfo files and after sending the files to them, they told me that they were unable to resolve the issue because it was an issue with my computer's ntdll.dll file and suggested that I contact Microsoft support.They also directed me to a link with a user who had a similar problem with the same DLL: Redirecting
