Why The SQL Server having version 2019 Max Memory is getting changed automatically after every reboot from 16GB to 24GB ?

I am observing since few days, SQL Server having version 2019 is automatically get change Max Memory Configuration from 16GB to 24GB after reboot.I am bit wonder why it is happening even rest all servers are running fine as per there configured memory except this one.Can anyone please help into it ?
