People are having constant problems being asked for passkeys that do not exist, being opted into using them without being advised how they work or what the repercussions will be.Example: Customer cannot get into her email at the outlook website, she is being forced to use a passkey, when she is asked about it, she is clueless, because she never chose to turn on one, and was never informed what it does.
