Problem has been persisting for over a year. When I have two instances of the same app closed (i.e. Firefox or File Explorer), I can't open ANY instance that is minimized. I mouse over them on the taskbar and get a preview, but when I click said preview it disapears and goes back to being minimized. X'ing out on the little pop-up preview doesn't work. I have to right click "Close all windows".In some apps, like Steam or Godot, pop ups can also break by freezing and not letting me access the rest of the page, or appearing for a micro-second and then disappearing.I only recently realised that th
