High ping on only my computer.

Ive never had the best internet, but a few days ago i started getting ping spikes every 5-30 seconds out of no where. Its only on my computer and i have tried everything. I bought a new wifi adapter, ive done countless different things in command prompt and the control panel and still nothing.
