Re-posting in the correct forum: I just came back to my computer trying to restart itself, and after a few failed attempts it came online but won't let me access my start menu or settings. My audio states "no audio device is installed" even though my speakers work with my phone. I can't even access the snip tool to make screen shots for this.I do have access to the internet.I am logged onto my Microsoft 365 account and do have access to Microsoft Word/Publisher/etc.I can open my file explorerBut I cannot open my start menu.
