Will this work on a flash drive to keep songs with their albums ?

Main folder(Band-name) then Sub folder(1. Album-name) with songs 001- 002- thru 010- Next Sub folder(2. Album-name) with songs 001- thru 010- ? Or do the songs in the 2nd Album have to be 011- thru 020- so the songs stay with their Album? I'll be playing the flash drive in my vehicle.
