Printer stopped working after Windows update.

Dear Support Team, My Pantum Printer P2500 W stopped working after the windows update. It gives error that Spooler services has stopped working, i started the spooler services the several times but in vain. When i try to add manual port than no Port shows in the list. Please help. Updates installed on 2nd Septmber,20242024-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5041587) , 2024-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5042099) Many Thanks
