Hello, my name is Veronica. I never received a response to my question and I can't find the discussion nor my message to the post on the topic of the newly downgraded processor requirements for Windows 11. I IT support responded to the individual that Microsoft had since implemented a lower standard for the processor but it didn't state which Generation. I have an HP i7 2nd generation. Geeksquad stated something about not being able to receive updates and that is why they can't upgrade my pc.
