My computer is stuck in a boot loop.

After it shows the microsoft logo, it immediately shows an error screen that says something along the lines of "Computer ran into an error. It's collecting information and then it'll restart". It also shows a stop code of "Critical Process Died" It then turns off, turns on and keeps doing this.I also can't get it to open the advanced options section.
