push notifications not working in action center from edge

site notifications arnt showing up in action center settings listings for which apps to get notifications from. It's showing up in the allow list in edge settings, but not showing up at all in windows 10 settings. browser is up to latest version windows 10 is latest version. I've tried the repair browser update option already and rebooting the comp isnt working either. Fix this issue silently like last time i've asked for help with this issue.
