Mouse cursor location is too far to the left only when using Epic Electronic Health Record on Dual monitors.

I use dual monitors for work and everything seems to work okay, except I was using Epic (an electronic health record) and moved the window from the left monitor (main monitor) to the right monitor. From then on, every time I open this application, my cursor shows up where it normally would be, but actually clicks about an inch and a half to the left. If I need to exit the window or do anything on the far right side of the screen, I cant. If I try to drag the window to my right monitor, the window shows up, but the left half of the window is black, and the right half shows the left half of the
