screen trouble coolswitch

Since a week I get a popup that looks like windows coolswitch (as if alt+tab is constantly pressed) : can't work on the computer anymore without being interrupted constantly. looked online but didn't find any solution. there's no coolswitch in the registry to disable. (windows 10)
