Calculator App keeps opening unlimited amount of times

I am using Windows 11 for a year already, but recently, the Calculator App keeps Opening unlimited number of times. When it does that, the CPU usage becomes 100%. My laptop starts heating and the fans turns very fast. The laptop becomes freezed and nothing can be done, only to force stop the laptop (long press on power button).I have downloaded Window 11 (again) yesterday from the Microsoft website and formatted my laptop completely in order to install the new windows again. Unfortunately the Issues persists.
