I am getting the below issue when trying to open a shared Whiteboard link in a browser with the message."We are having trouble authenticating you. Please try logging out and signing in again"The link is being sent by my language teacher to my email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, when I click the link I keep getting the above error. When I see this error, he sees me as online, but obviously I cannot see the Whiteboard.I have a private windows account I think origianlly set up to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and also an account at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
