Unable to put a password as my way to sign in.

So, i recently set up my new laptop, and when i tried to put a password on my user, i was unable to find it. Like in the sign in options there was not an option password. Pls. help.

Can't use phone link. I try to set it up and it ask me for my Microsoft Password and when I put it in it doesn't go anywhere, just back to the sign in
