Chrome extensions, ms defender, windows update using high cpu in laptops All of my laptops ever. Now on this: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz /Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 ... Well 4-6-9 % per process but together they are heating enough. Not some malware or bitcoin miner with 70-100% but those processes doing something more intensive until I bring task manager to the front. As I bring the otherwise running task manager to the front (for example when reading/scrolling facebook) fans slowing down. Put it to the background but still open and fans starting to speed up.
