If old server goes down new server AD is not working

I had 2012R2 with ADDC I have transferred ADDC to 2022 standard server, and I didn't decom the old server. I made both server to sync and FSMO roles are on new server but the issue is if I turn off the old server. I cannot open the AD in new server.
