UNEXTECTED_STORE_EXEPTION BSOD but whenever I get it, the progress meter always stays at 0.

As mentioned in the title, the progress bar stays at 0 for a few minuets before the computer seems to restart and it sends me to the motherboard BIOS.I have already ran: scf /scannow in the command prompt and it found some missing files and repaired than. Though, that did not solve the issue.
