Process: '' (PID 4). Freq change System time synchronized with the hardware clock.

Dear Sir,We met one OS time discrepancy issue. And the issue only could be reproduced when OS is trying to sync the time from hardware clock(Process ID: PID4). From the DOE, we know that nearly 1 hour, the OS would conduct the 'system time sync' behavior one time. Is there any way for me to modify the OS setting (such as registry etc) to increase the 'OS sync time behavior' freq, like twice, 3, 8 or more times per hour?
