My windows 10 PC just won't update!

My PC keeps trying to install these updates but they either get to 99% and fail or they say download error 0x80070057The updates in question are:Microsoft .NET Framwork 4.8.1 for windows 10 Version 22H2 for X64 (KB5011048)2024-08 Cumulative Update preview for windows 10 version 22H2 for x64- based systems (KB5041582)
