Audio is constantly at the same volume

I believe my audio driver is broken, but every single thing I see (including the manufacturer website) says the driver itself is up to date and is perfectly fine. Unless this is a headphone issue itself?It is a Realtek driver, not sure what these Headphones are, I believe turtle beach?
