Evening all,Tried to contact Microsoft multiple times over the last few days, requested call backs and I've heard nothing so this is my next option.I have a Digital Licence linked to my Microsoft Account, I was running Windows 11 Pro on my old laptop (this is now in bits so I can repair and rebuild it but I won't be re-installing Windows 11).Old laptop Dell Inspire 15 (was running Win 11 Pro)New laptop ASUS Vivobook S15 (came with Win 11 Home)I removed my old laptop from the list of devices on my Microsoft Account and I also tried to deactivate the product key using (slmgr /upk).
