Hi!I am trying to back up the photos on my iPhone onto my Samsung S3 hard drive.- I connected both my iPhone and my hard drive onto my HP 15 laptop- I can access my iPhone photos on file explorer - The hard drive cannot be found on file explorer, so I cannot copy my photos onto my hard drive- Both devices show under Bluetooth & Devices > Devices > Other DevicesThis message will not allow me to attach screenshots, so here is a description of what I see:In File Explorer:This PC> Apple iPhone> Windows (C
