I followed advice from another post to factory reset my surface go 2 without a recovery key as well as the login password. However, that method failed miserably and now instead of a normal device I am left with a device that shows the page "no bootable device" no matter what I do. This was the instructions I followed, do note that my device was working perfectly fine before this and I just lost my password and would like to do a factory reset. you would need to download the media creation tool, run this & choose to create media, then use the created USB thumb drive on the problem PC &
