I have a company laptop with the full suite of license(s) for all of Office 365. I recently retired, and the company let me keep the laptop (because I will occasionally do some work for them), but I lost the company Office 365 license. My wife has her own personal laptop and a family Office 365 license for up to 6 family members. I would like to switch my Office 365 to use one of her 6 licenses, but am having considerable difficulty (the primary one is that when I try to sign in under her account, it keeps asking for a Windows Hello PIN, which my company computer is not set up for).
