Somewhat frequent BSODs where audio and cursor starts stuttering before the crash and straight up blue screen.

My newly built gaming PC will occasionally BSOD, with the blue screens being prefaced by my cursor and audio stuttering and computer slowing down and sometimes briefly freezing. After this goes on for long enough, my computer will either BSOD with the WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR, or will freeze before the BSOD. Have already run driver verifier and updated drivers. I have also run memtest86+ for over 7 hours and reseated the GPU in a different slot. Most recently, the computer did a BSOD, and BSOD'd a second time not long after restarting the computer.
