Hello, Looking for some help with CMD just opening every 2-4 minutes. It will just keep opening new cmd windows at one point i had over 10 on my screen.I have done a few things trying to solve it. but nothing has worked.I did restart the PC in safemode and the cmd did not open. I let the pc sit for about 10 mins and after one did not open i took it out of safe mode and tired the following.Disable all Startup programs. Restarted PC. CMD still opening. (Still have them all disable expect For Eset)Have ran multiple Computer scan with paid for ESET NOD32 Antivirus.(1st run which was today had a fe
