I'm not sure exactly when this issue started arising, but my laptop has been experiencing random permanent screen freezes that can only be temporarily fixed with a forced restart. I've done some research, and I've found a tool called "Reliability Monitor." Through this monitor, I found out that these crashes are mainly caused by a "Hardware error" with the event name "LiveKernelEvent" (code 1a8 and 1b8). What can I do to fix this issue?
