One of my family members had created a brand new Microsoft account yesterday, we managed to sign them in onto the Xbox and we could play games together, the next morning that family member tried to sign in onto their side of the Xbox, but it came up with an error, it said to visit the account.live.com page and to sign in there, so we did and it said that the account is locked, so we tried to do the verification form.
