Why can’t I reset my pin?

I’m completely locked out of my pic. I haven’t used it in a while so I forgot my pin. There was an option before to change it but after messing up a couple of times it **** disappeared. It’s not letting me reset my PC or my pin. I can’t even use my password for **** sake. I can’t get into a live chat for the issue I have for some **** reason. This is seriously the most helpless i’ve felt using anything from microsoft. What the hell is the point of taking the forgot my PIN option away.
