1) I don't use a VPN.2) My time and date are set fine. I am trying to download the windows 10 iso file from India (IST Timeline).3) The file that I am trying to download is Multi-edition iso file for ×64 bits.4) I am trying to download it in English (United States language).I need to create a bootable usb as I have corrupted my laptop by downloading media creation tool before without taking any precautions. I hope this issue of mine will be solved I can see that my access to the Microsoft has been banned and I request Microsoft to look into it as I am planning on downloading a lot more from Mi
