I have four user accounts on my desktop machine. For some user accounts, the start menu is missing. I have two user profiles where Settings and Start Menu works correctly. In one user profile Start Menu works, but Settings doesn't, In another user profile (my default admin account), neither is functional.I have run sfc/scannow form the command prompt (as admin), and then restarted (twice). This did not solve the problem.I have run Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} from elevated power shell and then restarted
